Patrick Nikitenko formed Kobalt for the purpose of government contracting and private sector related building projects. Patrick is a veteran of the United States military and served for 12.5 years in the Navy. While in the military, Patrick conducted several residential renovation projects on single and multi-family dwellings. Over the past few years he has specialized in single family and commercial ground up construction projects.

Kobalt's Construction Manager is Anthony G. Lamme'. Anthony possesses an extensive knowledge of building systems ranging from ground up commercial buildings, tenant improvements, residential ground up and rehabs, to large scale civil development. He has been a superintendent and construction manager for over 12 years and is from a family of general contractors.
